83Y124 Resistor-Capacitor Tester

Uses bridge method. Checks for opens, shorts in capacitors.
Indicates power factos in electrolytics. Uses a "Magic eye" indicator.
Tests capacitors at working voltages of 50, 150, 250, 350 and 450 volts.
Checks capacitance values from 10pf to 1000mfd. Tests resistance from
