IT-28 Capacitor Checker ------------------------- The Heathkit IT-28 is a general purpose instrument for use in checking capacitors for value, leakage, shorts and opens. It may also be used to check resistance, inductance and transformer turns ratios. A bridge circuit and eye tube indicator are used in making quick, accurate tests. Precision resistors and capacitors in the bridge circuit provide a high degree of accuracy and stability.
