General Description:
AC voltmeter and load compensating audio wattmeter of unique quality and accuracy. 
Measures AC voltage from 1 millivolt to 1000 volts in 11 ranges, and power from
.015 milliwatts to 150 watts in 7 ranges across standard loads from 4 to 600 ohms.
Incorporates a tapped power resistor load (4, 8, 16 and 600 ohms) to handle
up to 80 watts of power on 8 ohms and 40 watts of power on other taps. It may
be switched to external load up to 150 watts. Meter is automatically compensated
for any load selected to provide a single scale for all loads and ranges. The
instrument is an average reading device calibrated in RMS voltage or power of
a pure sine wave.

The 0 –1, 0 –3 voltage scales are linear and the single 0 1.5 power scale is quadratic.
In wattmeter use, the decibel scale reads directly in dbm with any of the four standard
loads selected. In voltmeter use, the decibel scale reads directly in dbm with a
600-ohm load; corrections must be applied for any other load. (0dbm = 0.775v across 600 ohms).
The interval between successive wattmeter or voltmeter ranges is 10db.

Includes a voltage regulated diode power supply, and a 1000-volt range for power transformer
checking.
